Zurich has no hotel big enough to accommodate all conference participants. Below is a list of hotels with ICSE 2012 room blocks. If you intend to stay in Zurich between June 1st and June 10th, you can book through Zurich tourism to benefit from a reduction accorded to ICSE 2012 participants. If your stay begins before June 1st or ends after June 10th, you will have to contact Zurich tourism to benefit from the reduction.

The cut-off date for the ICSE 2012 room blocks has been extended from March 30 to Monday April 30, 2012.

When selecting a hotel, keep in mind that the main conference and the pre-/post conference events will be held in different places: the Kongresshaus and the Irchel Campus of the University of Zurich. Both venues are easily reachable using Zurich's excellent public transport system. In the table below, we indicate the average traveling time from the hotel to the venues. Traveling time is calculated as the time needed for walking from the hotel to the closest public transport stop just in time, traveling with public transport to the stop closest to the venue, and walking from that stop to the venue.
