In most economic areas, business solutions are achieved by organizing work in terms of projects. There are many challenges for professional project managers to achieve successful results. They are required various competencies, such as forming and leading a team, solving team conflicts, mediating the process of collaboration between clients and team, goal-setting and planning of workflow, making decisions and defending them against criticism.
    
Our research interests focus on the assessment of project management competencies as well as on the integration of assessment methods in project management trainings. Different types of assessment are being developed in order to provide a holistic view on project management competencies.
