Confirmation
and payment
Online
registrations have to be paid by credit card.
Offline registration forms received by mail or fax
can be paid by credit card, company check, personal
check, or money order. The following credit cards
are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express,
and Diners Club. Checks or money orders must be in
U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. banks, and payable to the
IEEE Computer Society. Forms received without
payment will not be processed. No registrations
will be accepted over the phone.
Registrations become effective only after receipt
of payment. You will receive an electronic
confirmation which provides access to a printable
receipt. No other receipts will be
provided. If you accidentally lose your
receipt, you can send a request to
register@computer.org for a new one.
Member and
student discounts
To qualify for
member registration rates, include your valid IEEE,
IEEE Computer Society, ACM, or INCOSE membership
number with the registration form.
Students will need to show a proof of student
status at the conference.
IEEE Life Members may register at the Student
Member rate.
If you are not currently a member, you can enjoy
discounted registration rates by applying for IEEE
, IEEE Computer Society, or ACM membership now.
Early
registration
Discounted
registration rates are applicable if your
registration and payment are received by August 13,
2006, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
On-site
registration
Advance
registration will close on August 24, 2006, 5:00
p.m. Eastern Standard Time. After that date,
participants have to register on-site. Forms of
payment accepted on-site are credit card (VISA,
Mastercard, American Express, or Diners Club),
cash, company or personal check, and money order.
Checks or money orders must be in U.S. funds, drawn
on U.S. banks, and payable to the IEEE Computer
Society.
Cancellations
and substitutions
Cancellations
must be made in writing. For cancellations received
by August 13, 2006, fees will be refunded except a
processing charge of $50 per cancelled item.
Thereafter, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
Payments may neither be revoked nor disputed after
that date. Substitutions are not allowed.
Program
modifications
We will do our
best to run RE'06 as scheduled and published.
However, we retain the right to change the program
if this should be necessary.
