Registration

You may register electronically, by fax or by postal mail. The registration deadline is 26 June 2004. After that deadline, registrations will be handled on a "space available" basis. Furthermore, an administration surcharge of CHF 50 applies for late registrations. Electronic registration The workshop is over; registration is no longer possible. Registration by fax or letter Registrations become effective only after receipt of payment. |

Registration fees
Terms and conditions Registrations after 26 June, 2004 are accepted only if there is space available. A surcharge of CHF 50 applies to these registrations. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations up to June 28, 2004 the total amount will be refunded except a processing charge of CHF 20. Thereafter, the full amount paid will be forfeited. Substitutions may be made any time up to the beginning of the workshop. We will do our best to run the workshop as scheduled and published. However, we retain the right to change the program if this should be necessary. If the workshop has to be cancelled due to reasons that are beyond the power and control of the workshop organizers (for example, outbreak of infectious diseases or acts of terrorism), participants are entitled to a partial refund of the registration fee only. In this case, the amount remaining after payment of all financial liabilities for the workshop will be refunded proportionally to thoseparticipants who paid a registration fee. By registering, participants express their agreement to these regulations. |
