Our deadline for archival submissions (i.e. papers) to be considered for inclusion in the adjunct proceedings of UbiComp 2013 is Friday, May 24th, 2013 midnight Pacific Standard Time.
For non-archival submissions (i.e. for videos, posters for which you do not want an archival short paper) a quick email is sufficient and helpful for our planning.

Further guidelines: For visionary and reflective presentations: up to 8 pages using the Workshop Template.

For videos and posters: up to 8 pages using the Workshop Template plus a draft version of the video/poster (need not be final).

Submissions should NOT be anonymized.

Simply email your submission to HomeSys 2013.

For presentations/videos/poster proposals not accompanied by a paper, please simply email HomeSys 2013 with a description of what you propose to present and in what format (optionally including e.g. draft slides/video/poster if available).
