HomeSys 2013

Thanks again to all the wonderful participants of the workshop! To sum up the experience of a great workshop day, take a look at our report.

As the official Ubicomp website seems to be down at the moment, please find instructions to get to the campus Zentrum here and to get to the building please locate CHN in this pdf map.

Program has been updated - See you at the workshop!

We're excited to provide you with the tentative program for our workshop.

Please note that the camera-ready deadline has been updated to Friday, June 21st, 2013 midnight Pacific Standard Time in order to make sure the submissions will be ready in time to be included in the adjunct proceedings.

The deadline for archival submissions (i.e. papers) to be considered for inclusion in the adjunct proceedings of UbiComp 2013 is this Friday, May 24th, 2013 midnight Pacific Standard Time.
For non-archival submissions (i.e. for videos, posters for which you do not want an archival short paper) a quick email is sufficient and helpful for our planning.

Please note the updated link to the Ubicomp Workshop Template for your submissions.

We are excited to have Gregory Abowd giving a keynote at our workshop!

HomeSys 2013 will be an inspiring, interactive, cross-disciplinary workshop for anyone conducting research into technology in homes.

This includes anyone... Attendance at the workshop will not be limited, anyone may register and attend. To ensure an interactive and enjoyable exchange of ideas during the workshop, we have 4 optional contribution types: HomeSys 2013 builds on the success of the HomeSys 2012 workshop at Ubicomp 2012, and two ACM SIGCOMM HomeNets workshops (2011, 2010).
