Registration

This page provides registration information for the Eurographics 2015 main conference only. Please make sure that you register for the co-located events that you also want to visit.

Note that the EG'2015 registration does not include an automatic registration to the Eurographics Association. You are advised to visit the EG registration page to become a member of EG and benefit from the mentioned reduced prices. For information purposes, the actual fees to join the EG association are: 70€ for senior memberships and 35€ for student ones.

The early bird registration fees are valid until March 13, 2015. From March 14, 2015 the below regular rates will apply.

Please be aware that registration onsite is only possible by credit card. No cash payment will be accepted onsite.


Categories and Package Information

 

Conference

Conference registration includes access to all main conference sessions and all tutorials, to the Welcome Reception and to the Conference Dinner. The fee also includes all conference digital media and coffee breaks.

 

Student

Student registration is a Conference registration at a discounted rate for students (including Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, digital media, coffee breaks). A valid student ID card has to be mailed to info@eurographics2015.ch. The student ID card also will have to be shown at the registration desk at the conference. In case no student card copy is provided, the discounted fees will not be applied and the difference will be charged at the registration desk.

 

Big Buddy

Big Buddy registration includes one Conference registration for a supervisor and two Student registrations (including Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, digital media, coffee breaks for all three participants). Big Buddy must be organizational EG member or all three participants have to be individual EG members. For each student registration, a valid student ID card has to be sent to info@eurographics2015.ch. The student ID card also will have to be shown at the registration desk at the conference. In case no student card copies are provided, the discounted fees will not be applied and the difference will be charged at the registration desk.


Opening Ceremony and Fast Forward

The Eurographics 2015 Opening Ceremony including the presentation of the Eurographics 2015 Awards will be held Monday, May 4th in the late afternoon and will be followed by the Fast Forward presentation of all papers.

 

Welcome Reception

The Eurographics 2015 “Welcome Reception” will take place on Monday, May 4th after the opening ceremony and Fast Forward presentations. Drinks and snacks will be served. This reception is included in all packages.

 

Conference Dinner

The Eurographics 2015 Conference Dinner will take place in the evening of Thursday, May 7th. This event is included in all packages.

 

Coffee-breaks and Lunches

Coffee-breaks (Monday-Friday) are included with all packages.
Lunches are NOT included in any package.

 

Conference Badges

This year conference badges will use Half Tone QR codes with the EG logo.
During online registration, participants will have the option to choose a custom URL that will be encoded on their badge.

Terms and Conditions for Registration

You must contact us no later than April 3, 2015 to cancel your registration for the Eurographics 2015. For cancellations made by April 3, 2015, your registration fee will be refunded less a CHF 60.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 3, 2015.
Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address and amount paid. Please send cancellation requests to info@eurographics2015.ch.

If Eurographics 2015 has to be cancelled due to reasons that are beyond the power and control of Eurograhics 2015 organizers (for example, outbreak of infectious diseases or acts of terrorism), participants are entitled to a partial refund of the registration fee only. In this case, the amount remaining after payment of all financial liabilities for Eurographics 2015 will be refunded proportionally to the registered participants.
