Registration includes electronic proceedings. Hardcopy proceedings are available for an additional $40.
Registration includes 1 banquet ticket. Additional banquet tickets are available for $75/each.
Eligibility
Student rates are available to full-time students at accredited educational institutions. Proof of enrollment may be required.
Academic rates are available to full-time faculty and staff at accredited educational institutions. Proof of employment may be required.
Government rates are available to full-time employees of national, regional, or municipal governments (not including contractors). Proof of employment may be required.
Military rates are available to active duty members of the military. Military ID may be required.
Exhibitor rates are available to ISWC2009 exhibitors, with up to 2 registrations per booth.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by 25 September 2009 to qualify for a 100% refund, less $50 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received after 25 September 2009 and by 18 October 2009 will receive a 50% refund.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 18 October 2009 OR FOR NO-SHOWS.
