Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made in the registration system or via email to convention2@west.jtb.jp up until October 5, 2016. Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before that date will be granted a refund less 20% of the original payment. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds can be made to conference or workshop authors. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. Once purchased, priority visa letters and proceedings are non-refundable. All refunds will be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted. Refunds processed via credit card will be applied to the original card.

Hotel Reservation

Hotel reservation via ISWC2016 site is enabled with the conferecne registation or after the conference registration. No hotel resevation without the conference registration is allowed.

Please be aware that the price is per PERSON, not per ROOM.

• "Twin (single use)" means the price when you want to use a twin room alone.
• "Twin" means the price for each person when you would stay in a same twin room with other person. So "room price" is double of that for "Twin".
