The deadlines for submissions are strict. No extensions will be given.

Research track paper submissions must be formatted in the style of the Springer Publications format for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). For complete details, see http://www.springeronline.com/sgw/cda/frontpage/0,11855,5-164-2-72376-0,00.html

Camera ready versions must be submitted electronically to Brahmananda Sapkota at the e-mail address below. Camera ready versions should contain both ".pdf" and the source (word or latex) files.

All camera ready papers must be accompanied by a filled in copyright form - available here. Filled in forms must be faxed to:
