Back to ESEC/FSE home page

At ESEC/FSE 97 there will be the possibility to demonstrate research results not only in technical papers but also using poster presentations and tool demonstrations. Information about tool demos or posters will not be included in the conference proceedings. But there will be a web page that provides a short summary of every presentation as well as author information, affiliation, and URLs to advertise their research results (tools).

People who are interested in giving demos of their research prototypes or presenting posters must register for the conference.

Research tool demos

One lecture hall with projection equipment (Mac, PC, SUN) will be available on Tuesday and, if required, on Wednesday. The demonstrators have to bring their own computers.

There is already a short list of tools that will be presented.

Posters

Poster walls are provided but the space is limited both in total and per presentation. Six A3-size pages are allowed per presenter.

Space will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

There is already a short list of posters that will be presented.

Submissions

Participants of the demos or the posters are required to electronically send a one page abstract together with author information to g.trausmuth@infosys.tuwien.ac.at by June 20, 1997. This information will be included in a web page that lists all participants of the session and their topics.
