Please, use the registration form for your hotel reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel situation in Zurich does not allow us to have a conference hotel. MCI Travel, who handles registration and accommodation for ESEC/FSE 97, had to allocate rooms in various hotels. In order to make the reservation process more manageable, we grouped them into three categories. If you prefer a specific hotel, please indicate its name on the registration form. Bookings will be made on a "first come, first served" basis. If your desired hotel is already booked out, MCI will book another hotel in the same category.

Please note: During the same week in September 1997 other important events will take place in Zurich, therefore book your room as soon as possible with MCI. Reservations and deposit payment must be received by MCI Travel latest by August 29, 1997.

The conference venue can be reached from all hotels with public transport. A free public transport ticket valid from September 21 to September 26 is included in the registration fee and will be sent to you together with the confirmation of your registration.

Student accommodation is available on request.

The rates are given in Swiss Francs (CHF) per room and per night. They include breakfast, service charges, VAT and all other taxes. The rates have been specially negotiated by MCI. They are only available when booking via MCI.

Low-budget hotels with mostly well-kept, functional accommodations. Public rooms may be limited (or non-existent). Some rooms have no private bathroom ( WC/shower on floor).
