Your registration will become effective only after receipt of your payment.
Included in the conference fee are the reception, coffee/tea, the Swiss evening / conference dinner, a ticket for the Zurich public transport system which is valid from Sept. 21 to Sept. 26, and the conference proceedings.
Included in the tutorial fee are the tutorial notes and coffee/tea. The organizers retain the right to cancel tutorials when there are less than seven participants.
The workshop fee includes coffee/tea and lunch. As the workshops are organized independently, the Conference Organization Committee takes no further responsibility for the workshops.
In order to claim the student discount, students must include a proof of full-time student status with their registration. The registration fee for students does not include the transportation ticket and the Swiss evening / conference dinner.
Participants claiming the member discount should be able to produce a proof of membership when registering at the conference site.
Additional tickets for public transport, the reception and the Swiss evening / conference dinner can be ordered together with the registration or can be bought at the registration desk.
Cancellations must be made in writing to MCI Travel, Zurich. For cancellations up to August 15, 1997 the total amount will be refunded except a processing charge of CHF 100. Thereafter, the full amount paid will be forfeited. Substitutions may be made any time up to the beginning of the conference.
We have done our best in preparing ESEC/FSE 97. However, neither the ESEC/FSE 97 chairs nor the ESEC steering committee nor MCI Travel can take any responsibility for any damage, loss or inconvenience participants might incur in connection with ESEC/FSE 97. We also cannot be held responsible for the correctness or appropriateness of the contents of talks and papers included in this conference. In particular, changes to the published program or cancellations of parts thereof do not entitle to a refund of the registration fee or parts thereof.
Names and addresses of participants will be electronically processed and will be included in a list of participants that will be distributed/posted during and in connection with the conference.
By registering for the conference, participants express their agreement to these regulations.
