Early Bird Registration for Non-authors	31 August,	2004
Early Bird Registration for Authors	20 September,	2004
On-line Registration	12:00 of 30 October,	2004 (Japanese Local Time)

After noon, 30 October, please make registration ON SITE.

Online reservation of hotel rooms has been terminated on Oct. 17th for technical reasons as indicated from the beginning.
However, you can make a reservation of your room in an off-line mode. Download the application form and fax it to the number specified in the form.
